行政長官李家超在煙花匯演前致辭，指特區政府已制定香港第一個五年規劃，對接國家「十五五」規劃的戰略布局；又提到正於天宮空間站執行任務的香港首位航天員黎家盈，寄語港人敢於追夢。Chief Executive John Lee delivered a speech before the fireworks show, stating that the SAR government has formulated Hong Kong's first five-year plan, aligning with the strategic layout of the country's "15th Five-Year Plan"; he also mentioned Hong Kong's first astronaut, Lee Ka-yan, who is currently on a mission at the Tiangong space station, encouraging Hong Kong people to dare to pursue their dreams.

大家好！今晚很高興和大家一起，慶祝中華人民共和國成立七十七周年。
七十七載砥礪奮進，國家創造了經濟快速發展和社會長期穩定兩大奇蹟，中華民族偉大復興勢不可擋，展現出前所未有的光明前景。我們每一位中華兒女，都感到無比振奮和自豪。
國家發展的豐碩成果，為香港特區帶來龐大機遇。特區政府已經制定《香港第一個五年規劃》，對接國家「十五五」規劃的戰略布局，主動融入和服務國家發展大局，推動香港發展得更好，讓市民分享更多發展紅利。
在國慶這個大日子，政府帶領社會各界推出一系列慶祝活動和特別優惠，涵蓋文化藝術、休閒、飲食、消費、交通等多個方面，讓市民和旅客同享節日喜悅，感受濃厚的國慶氣氛。
今年的國慶煙花匯演，共有八幕，將會有超過三萬枚煙花在維港上空交織出壯觀的「煙花天幕」，定必把氣氛推上高峰。
今晚的煙花不僅勾勒巍峨山脈、奔流江河，展現祖國大地的磅礡氣勢，更照亮了中華民族勇於探索、自強不息的追夢精神。
特別在第四幕「有夢飛航」裏面，煙花將在夜空中繪出浩瀚宇宙的壯麗景致，寓意港人勇於追夢。夢想是可以成真的：黎家盈博士就是香港夢可成真的真實故事，從一位學生到計算機科學博士，再成為香港首位國家航天員，這些都告訴我們，努力不懈，敢於追夢，可夢想成真，活出人生的光輝。今天維港夜空，正要展現香港的璀璨光輝。
現在維港兩岸，有數以十萬計的市民和旅客，都和我一樣，熱切期待欣賞煙花帶來的璀璨光輝，都準備好為煙花照亮維港的精彩時刻盡情喝采。
我在這裏感謝即將邁向135周年的永明金融，贊助今晚的煙花匯演，讓我們能夠在絢麗燦爛的夜空之下，共度一個精彩歡欣的國慶晚上。

Hello everyone! Tonight, I am very happy to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China with all of you.
Seventy-seven years of hard work and progress have led the country to create two major miracles: rapid economic development and long-term social stability. The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is unstoppable, presenting an unprecedented bright future. Every one of us Chinese sons and daughters feels extremely excited and proud.
The fruitful achievements of national development have brought tremendous opportunities to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The SAR government has formulated the "Hong Kong's First Five-Year Plan," aligning with the strategic layout of the national "15th Five-Year Plan," actively integrating into and serving the overall national development, promoting better development of Hong Kong, and allowing citizens to share more of the development dividends.
On this great National Day, the government, together with all sectors of society, has launched a series of celebratory activities and special offers, covering various aspects such as culture and arts, leisure, dining, consumption, and transportation, allowing citizens and tourists to share the joy of the festival and experience a strong National Day atmosphere.
This year's National Day fireworks display consists of eight segments, with over 30,000 fireworks lighting up the sky above Victoria Harbour to create a spectacular 'fireworks canopy,' which is sure to elevate the atmosphere to its peak.
Tonight's fireworks not only outline the majestic mountains and rushing rivers, showcasing the grandeur of our motherland, but also illuminate the Chinese nation's spirit of courage in exploration and relentless pursuit of dreams.
Especially in Act Four, 'Flying Dreams,' fireworks will paint the magnificent sight of the vast universe in the night sky, symbolizing the courage of Hong Kong people to pursue their dreams. Dreams can come true: Dr. Li Ka-ying is a real-life story of the Hong Kong dream coming true. From a student to a PhD in computer science, and then becoming Hong Kong's first national astronaut, all of this tells us that with persistent effort and the courage to pursue our dreams, dreams can come true and life can shine. Tonight, the night sky over Victoria Harbour is about to showcase Hong Kong's brilliant radiance.
Now, on both sides of Victoria Harbour, hundreds of thousands of citizens and tourists, just like me, are eagerly looking forward to enjoying the brilliant splendor brought by the fireworks, and are ready to cheer wholeheartedly for the wonderful moments lit up by the fireworks over Victoria Harbour.
I would like to thank Sun Life Financial, which is about to celebrate its 135th anniversary, for sponsoring tonight's fireworks display, allowing us to spend a wonderful and joyful National Day evening under a dazzling and brilliant night sky.
Brilliant fireworks welcome the grand scene, colorful years unfold a magnificent plan; Hong Kong and the motherland are united in heart and action, shining for miles, with blessings filling the world.
