根据筹委会昨日公布的国庆文艺晚会节目程序表，晚会整体节目编排融合多种表演形式，并邀请多个不同领域的团体、学校及演艺界人士参与演出，展示香港同胞对国家的热爱及支持，彰显锦绣中华文化与香江密不可分的连结，向祖国献上最诚挚的祝福。
晚会将以庄严的仪式揭开序幕，首先由解放军驻香港部队仪仗队负责奏唱国歌。主礼致辞后，连串文艺表演随即登场。首个节目为《今天是你的生日》，结合钢琴演奏、学生与企业合唱，其中钢琴演奏部分由郑慧负责，并由刘锡明、陈笑玮联同保良局蔡继有学校及中银香港合唱团参与合唱。其后，歌手陈洁灵献唱《今晚夜》与《白金升降机》。
杂技带来肩上芭蕾《天鹅湖》
晚会中段，舞蹈与音乐表演交替登场。舞蹈方面，包括香港舞蹈团演出的《舞武之间》、南方歌舞团担纲演出的《一纸山海》，及解放军驻香港部队文化工作队带来的《破晓》。歌曲方面，则有林晓峰、胡海泉与曾航生联同香港纪律部队合唱团合唱歌曲《强》，以及歌手海儿与麦子杰一同演唱《寸心》。
今年晚会亦加入兼具传统戏曲与创新元素的演出。在新唱粤剧环节中，龙贯天、南凤、梁振文、吴敏婷及香港粤剧艺术团将联合演出《彩云追月》；魔术表演《幻汇香江》由魔术师甄泽权与智元机器人共同合作演出；杂技方面则带来肩上芭蕾《天鹅湖》。
晚会尾声以流行音乐为主轴，首先是名为《岁月留声》的港乐经典环节；至压轴阶段，大会安排歌曲《我哋一家人》大合唱，由锺镇涛及邝美云带领，并汇聚南方歌舞团等全体演出演员同台合唱。
根据大会安排，国庆文艺晚会将由蔡冠深担任执行主席，统筹整个晚会流程。蔡冠深在访问中表示，今次演出阵容丰富，除香港舞蹈团、香港粤剧艺术团、南方歌舞团、解放军驻香港部队文化工作队和学生团体参与，亦邀请多位嘉宾包括歌手邝美云、许靖韵等。
魔术师伙机器人表演 展创科城市活力
谈及节目亮点，蔡冠深表示，晚会安排魔术师甄泽权与智元机器人合作演出《幻汇香江》，魔术与机器人的互动结合富有创意，既展现香港作为创新科技城市的活力，亦彰显其作为中外文化艺术交流中心的角色，是科技与艺术交融的一大亮点。
他亦特别推介以李小龙武术精神为主题的舞蹈节目《舞武之间》，并解释“舞”代表舞蹈，“武”代表武术，节目把舞蹈美学与武术元素结合，呼应李小龙作为香港具代表性的武术文化符号，亦展现大湾区文化交流与融合的特色。
晚会设有新唱粤剧《彩云追月》，蔡冠深指出，粤剧是大湾区重要的非物质文化遗产，晚会透过传统粤剧、年轻歌手及不同艺术形式的编排，呈现文化传承与创新并行。另外，筹委会更特别安排同日晚上8时及9时30分举行两场无人机表演，每场约15分钟。
