交通管制與特別改道安排
為配合煙花匯演，港九多區將於10月1日傍晚起分階段實施封路及改道措施。封路期間，受影響範圍內的士站、小巴站、路旁停車位及私人停車場將暫停使用。
道路封閉安排
九龍區：尖沙咀、紅磡及西九文化區一帶於下午約5:00起封路，直至人群散去。
港島區：中區、灣仔及東區於下午約6:30起封路；介乎維園道與民康街之間的一段東區走廊（西行）於晚上7:55起臨時封閉（專營巴士除外）。
公共交通服務調整
港鐵及電車：港島綫、南港島綫、荃灣綫、觀塘綫、東鐵綫、屯馬綫及東涌綫將加強服務；電車亦會按需求加密班次。
巴士及小巴：行經受影響地區的路線將臨時改道或暫停服務，相關車站會暫停使用或遷移。
渡輪服務：天星小輪、新渡輪、港九小輪、愉景灣航運、珀麗灣客運及富裕小輪於下午約5:05起陸續調整及暫停部分航班。
半山扶手電梯：中環至半山自動扶梯系統將延長服務時間至10月2日凌晨2:00。
皇崗口岸跨境巴士：
灣仔線：會展站公共運輸交匯處站點於下午5:30起停用，臨時總站設於軒尼詩道（西行）近修頓中心。
佐敦線：晚上8:00至11:00於香港西九龍站外匯民道增設臨時上客點；中港碼頭中途站自晚上7:00起停用。
出行提示
運輸署預計港島北（銅鑼灣、灣仔、金鐘、中區及東區走廊）、尖沙咀、紅磡、西九文化區，以及海底隧道和香港仔隧道交通將顯著擠塞。呼籲市民盡量使用公共交通工具，並密切留意電台、電視台或「香港出行易」應用程式的最新交通資訊。

Top 10 Free Best Viewing Spots and How to Get There
The atmosphere on both sides of Victoria Harbour is lively. It is recommended that citizens who wish to watch head out early; if accompanying young children or elderly people, it is recommended to stay at home or choose less crowded locations.
Traffic Control and Special Detour Arrangements
To coordinate with the fireworks display, various districts in Hong Kong and Kowloon will implement road closures and diversion measures in phases starting from the evening of October 1. During the road closures, taxi stands, minibus stops, roadside parking spaces, and private parking lots within the affected areas will be temporarily unavailable.
Road Closure Arrangements
Kowloon District: Roads around Tsim Sha Tsui, Hung Hom, and the West Kowloon Cultural District will be closed from around 5:00 PM until the crowds disperse.
Hong Kong Island District: Central, Wan Chai, and Eastern District roads will be closed from around 6:30 PM; a section of the Eastern Corridor (westbound) between Victoria Park Road and Man Hong Street will be temporarily closed from 7:55 PM (except franchised buses).
Public Transportation Service Adjustment
MTR and trams: The Island Line, South Island Line, Tsuen Wan Line, Kwun Tong Line, East Rail Line, Tuen Ma Line, and Tung Chung Line will have enhanced services; trams will also increase frequency according to demand.
Buses and minibuses: Routes passing through affected areas will be temporarily diverted or suspended, and the related stops will be temporarily out of service or relocated.
Ferry services: Star Ferry, New World Ferry, Hong Kong & Kowloon Ferry, Discovery Bay Transportation, Park Island Transport, and Fortune Ferry will successively adjust and suspend some sailings starting from around 5:05 PM.
Mid-Levels Escalator: The Central to Mid-Levels Escalator system will extend its service hours until 2:00 a.m. on October 2.
Huanggang Port Cross-Border Bus:
Wan Chai Line: The public transport interchange at the Expo Avenue station will be out of service from 5:30 PM, and the temporary terminus is set at Hennessy Road (westbound) near Soudan Centre.
Jordan Line: From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, a temporary pick-up point will be added at Man Yoi Road outside Hong Kong West Kowloon Station; the China-Hong Kong Ferry Terminal stop will be out of service from 7:00 PM.
Travel Tips
The Transport Department expects significant congestion on the Northern Hong Kong Island corridor (Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Admiralty, Central, and Eastern District), Tsim Sha Tsui, Hung Hom, the West Kowloon Cultural District, as well as on the Cross-Harbour Tunnel and Aberdeen Tunnel. Citizens are urged to use public transport as much as possible and to closely follow the latest traffic information on radio, television, or the 'HK eTransport' app.
