新华财经吉隆坡9月30日电（记者王嘉伟 袁睿）马来西亚总理安瓦尔29日表示，政府将加强基本商品价格监管，打击牟取暴利行为，并密切关注全球地缘政治形势对商品价格和供应的影响，及时采取措施缓解民众生活成本压力。
安瓦尔当天在社交媒体上发文说，他当天主持召开2026年第2次国家生活成本行动理事会会议，重点讨论2027年财政预算案框架下减轻民众生活成本负担的相关举措及紧急措施。
他表示，已听取马来西亚国内贸易及生活成本部关于全国基本商品价格监管及打击牟取暴利行为的执法进展汇报，并指示进一步加强跨部门协调，提高执法效率。
安瓦尔强调，政府将持续监测全球地缘政治局势及其对基本生活必需品价格和供应的影响，以便及时有效应对民众面临的生活成本压力。
根据马来西亚财政部此前发布的声明，2027年财政预算案将重点关注生活成本、社会保障、粮食安全及经济韧性等领域，计划于10月9日提交国会。
马财政部表示，尽管当前面临全球能源危机、生活成本压力等一系列国内外挑战，政府仍对新一年度财政预算案推动马来西亚进一步落实“昌明经济”愿景持乐观态度。

Xinhua Finance, Kuala Lumpur, September 30 (Reporters Wang Jiawei and Yuan Rui) — Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar stated on the 29th that the government will strengthen the regulation of basic commodity prices, crack down on profiteering, and closely monitor the impact of global geopolitical developments on commodity prices and supply, taking timely measures to ease the cost-of-living pressure on the public.
On that day, Anwar posted on social media that he presided over the 2nd National Cost of Living Action Council meeting of 2026, focusing on measures and urgent actions to alleviate the cost of living burden on the public under the framework of the 2027 fiscal budget.
He stated that he has listened to the report from the Malaysian Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living on the enforcement progress of nationwide basic goods price regulation and cracking down on profiteering, and instructed to further strengthen inter-departmental coordination and improve enforcement efficiency.
Anwar emphasized that the government will continue to monitor the global geopolitical situation and its impact on the prices and supply of essential goods, in order to respond promptly and effectively to the cost-of-living pressures faced by the public.
According to a previous statement released by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance, the 2027 fiscal budget will focus on areas such as cost of living, social security, food security, and economic resilience, and is planned to be submitted to Parliament on October 9.
Malaysia's Ministry of Finance stated that despite currently facing a series of domestic and international challenges such as the global energy crisis and cost of living pressures, the government remains optimistic about the new fiscal year's budget proposal in advancing Malaysia's vision of a 'prosperous economy'.
