食物安全中心公布，十月一日零時起經港珠澳大橋進口的指定鮮活食品類別，包括冷藏冰鮮家禽、肉類、蛋類、奶類、鮮活水產、蔬菜及水果，可於任何時段入境，業界安排更具彈性；經文錦渡口岸的安排維持不變。The Food Safety Center announced that, starting from midnight on October 1, designated categories of fresh and live food imported via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, including chilled and frozen poultry, meat, eggs, dairy products, fresh live aquatic products, vegetables, and fruits, can enter at any time, allowing the industry more flexible arrangements; the arrangements at the Man Kam To port will remain unchanged.

香港中通社9月30日电 10月1日零时零分起，港珠澳大桥进口鲜活食品的通关时间将延长至全日24小时，让业界更灵活安排鲜活食品的抵港时间，配合各食物行业的运作模式。
香港特区政府食物环境衞生署食物安全中心发言人9月30日公布上述消息。从内地经陆路运送指定鲜活食品类别（即冷藏和冰鲜家禽、肉类及野味、蛋类、奶类、鲜活水产、蔬菜和水果）的车辆，届时可于任何时段经港珠澳大桥进入香港，以进一步便利业界及鲜活食物的供应。
为保障食物安全，食安中心会检查经港珠澳大桥香港口岸进口鲜活食品的车辆，包括核对进口文件的资料，以及对鲜活食物进行实物检查和抽取食物样本作检测。
发言人补充，经文锦渡口岸进口鲜活食品的通关时间及安排维持不变。（完）

Hong Kong Zhongtong News Agency, September 30 — From 00:00 on October 1, the customs clearance time for imported fresh food on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge will be extended to 24 hours a day, allowing the industry to arrange the arrival time of fresh food in Hong Kong more flexibly, in line with the operating models of various food industries.
A spokesperson for the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government announced the above news on September 30. Vehicles transporting designated categories of fresh and live food from the Mainland by land (namely refrigerated and chilled poultry, meat and wild game, eggs, dairy products, fresh live aquatic products, vegetables, and fruits) will then be able to enter Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge at any time, further facilitating the industry and the supply of fresh and live food.
To ensure food safety, the Centre for Food Safety will inspect vehicles importing fresh and live food through the Hong Kong port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, including checking the information on import documents, as well as conducting physical inspections of the fresh and live food and taking food samples for testing.
The spokesperson added that the customs clearance time and arrangements for the import of fresh food at Jingdu Port remain unchanged. (End)
