9月22日，WPS亮相2026中国国际信息通信展，金山办公解决方案架构负责人刘庆辉参加活动以《WPS在企业级业务场景AI化的落地实践》为题发表演讲，介绍了WPS面向企业的AI产品体系与落地成果。
据介绍，金山办公在服务数百家客户的实践中总结出企业AI落地的核心公式：非结构化办公数据治理 + 结构化业务数据接入 + 企业级智能体 = 端到端任务完成，且无需替换企业既有的ERP、OA、CRM等系统。
据了解，WPS Comate是基于WPS 365打造的组织级AI办公智能体，其底层通过API Hub、Data Hub、AI Hub三大中枢，分别实现业务系统接入、数据指标口径统一、模型调度与成本管控，并配合多维安全体系保障数据与权限安全。
本次参展，WPS Comate分享的三个场景显示了这一路径的成效：某知名车企将800多份维修手册接入WPS智能知识库，300多名海外售后技师可用多语言直接向AI提问，单次查询由约10分钟缩短至1分钟，手册翻译支出由约300万元降至零；在金山办公内部经营分析场景中，AI打通7至8个业务系统并统一指标口径，80%的经营数据类问题可由AI直接解答，问数等待时间由半天缩短至分钟级；在合同审核场景中，团队将资深法务的经验转化为规则库，支持商务、财务、法务三方并行审核，审核周期由三周缩短至1至2天，校验准确率达98.02%。
活动现场，金山办公还介绍，其AI办公产品与运营商的算力、网络资源具有天然互补优势，目前已与陕西移动合作共建“算力+应用”数字底座。面向未来1至2年，战略主线为AI原生、生态共建、深度协同。
据统计，2026年第一季度，按终端用户授权数测算，WPS以32.1%的份额位居国内办公套件市场第一，微软为28.5%。9月14日，金山办公还成为国内AI办公行业首个领取智能体身份码节点的厂商，WPS灵犀、WPS Comate等智能体由此获得统一身份标识。

The time for a single query was reduced from about 10 minutes to 1 minute, and the manual translation costs dropped from about 3 million yuan to zero; In the internal business analysis scenario at Kingsoft Office, AI connected 7 to 8 business systems and standardized metrics, enabling AI to directly answer 80% of business data-related questions, reducing query waiting time from half a day to a matter of minutes; In the contract review scenario, the team transformed the experience of senior legal staff into a rules database, supporting parallel review by business, finance, and legal departments, cutting the review cycle from three weeks to 1–2 days, with a verification accuracy rate of 98.02%.
At the event, Kingsoft Office also introduced that its AI office products have a natural complementary advantage with the computing power and network resources of operators. It has currently cooperated with Shaanxi Mobile to jointly build a 'computing power + applications' digital foundation. According to statistics, in the first quarter of 2026, based on the number of end-user licenses, WPS ranked first in the domestic office suite market with a 32.1% share, while Microsoft had 28.5%.
