維港國慶煙花匯演今晚八時上演The Victoria Harbour National Day fireworks display will take place tonight at 8 PM
匯演主題為「永明煙花 綻放中華」，由三艘躉船及六艘小浮船在九個發放點共發放三萬一千八百八十八枚煙花，歷時約二十三分鐘。若天氣不佳，大會於十月一日中午公布是否延期，十月三日星期六為後備日子。The theme of the fireworks display is 'Eternal Brightness Fireworks, Blooming Across China,' featuring three barges and six small floating platforms launching a total of 31,888 fireworks across nine firing points, lasting approximately 23 minutes. If the weather is unfavorable, the organizers will announce at noon on October 1 whether the event will be postponed, with Saturday, October 3, set as a backup date.
香港国庆烟花汇演将于10月1日晚8时在维多利亚海港上空举行，历时约23分钟，共发放逾3万枚烟花。汇演以“永明烟花 绽放中华”为主题，分为八幕。尖沙咀、半山、中区、湾仔、铜锣湾及红磡等维港两岸多个地点均可观赏。

港岛区、九龙区实施人流管制措施及特别交通安排
为确保表演期间的人流通行与安全，香港警方将于10月1日在港岛区、九龙区一带实施人流管制措施及特别交通安排，亦会在维多利亚港中部设立限制区域。
中区方面，当日晚上6时30分开始，中区海滨一带将会开始封路，当中包括中环码头对出的民光街、民辉街、民耀街、龙和道泊车位。当日晚上7时15分，封路范围扩大至耀星街、龙和道、爱丁堡广场、添华道、添美道、立法会道及龙汇道。而当日晚上7时55分开始，民耀街、民宝街及一段金融街亦会封闭。
湾仔区方面，当日下午4时开始，湾仔金紫荆广场将会开始封路。当日晚上6时30分开始，湾仔北一带将会封闭，当中包括龙和道、龙合街、龙景街、分域码头街东行、博览道、博览道中、会议道、龙达径、港湾道东行、博览道东、菲林明道、菲林明道天桥、鸿兴道、杜老志道、马师道、马师道天桥、运盈街、运盛街以及维园道的铜锣湾避风塘。至当晚7时15分，分域码头街西行、分域街、港湾道西行、港湾径、杜老志道天桥列入封路范围。在当晚7时55分开始，为了方便市民观赏烟花后离开，警方会封闭湾仔南一带的道路，包括骆克道、卢押道、柯布连道、菲林明道、史钊域道、杜老志道、马师道、坚拿道东及坚拿道西。
东区方面，在当日晚上6时30分开始，包括北角东岸公园附近的兴发街、威非路道、玻璃街、景明道、屈臣道及介乎威非路道与歌顿道的电气道将会封闭。
中环湾仔绕道方面，因应湾仔北在晚上6时30分开始封路，3条支路亦会封闭，包括中环湾仔绕道东行往博览道出口；龙和道东行往中环湾仔绕道入口；以及中环湾仔绕道西行往龙和道出口。

东区走廊方面，由晚上7时55分起，包括东区走廊由民康街至维园道一段西行线将会封闭，除了专利巴士仍然可以驶过，其他车需要在东区走廊近民康街（往北角的支路）离开东区走廊。另外由英皇道近健康中街西行上东区走廊，以及糖水道与和富道交界上东区走廊西行入口将会封闭。
西九龙区方面，警方预计当晚有大量市民在海旁包括天星码头、文化中心、星光大道、尖东海旁、西九文化区及红磡沿海一带观赏烟花。当日警方会在下午5时分四阶段封路。第一阶段封路在当日下午5时进行，范围包括尖沙咀市中心及尖东一带，封闭路段包括广东道、九龙公园径（南行）、弥敦道、漆咸道南、梳士巴利道及红磡绕道一带。第二阶段在当日下午5时半，封闭路段包括九龙公园径（北行）及天星码头巴士总站。第三阶段在当晚6时，范围主要在西九龙文化区及红磡建湾街。封闭路段包括博物馆道、文化道、部分柯士甸道西及建湾街。第四阶段封路在当晚7时45分，封闭路段包括九龙站对出的雅翔道地面、中港城对出的广东道（南／北行）、弥敦道、以及内街包括山林道、松山道、加连威老道、金巴利道以及红磡的红鸾道及华信街。
陆路口岸不延长开放时间港铁不延长服务时间
陆路口岸方面，当日不会延长开放时间。香园围口岸于晚上10时关闭，落马洲口岸于晚上10时30分关闭，罗湖口岸于午夜12时关闭。
因应口岸关闭时间，港铁金钟站开往落马洲站的尾班车于晚上9时29分开出，会展站开往落马洲站的尾班车于晚上9时31分开出；至于开往罗湖站，金钟站的尾班车于晚上11时01分开出，会展站的尾班车于晚上11时03分开出。
港铁当日不会延长服务时间，市民需留意各公共交通工具营办商流动应用程序以取得最新服务信息。
增设临时过境巴士站
为方便有过境需要的市民游客，警方于汇民道增设临时过境巴士站，方便市民游客前往皇岗及深圳湾口岸。该临时过境巴士站将于当天晚上7时30分后投入服务。
当晚位于尖沙咀童军径及旺角鸦兰街的过境巴士站（24小时服务），会因应乘客需求加强前往皇岗及深圳湾口岸的班次服务。详细班次安排请留意巴士公司的最新公布。
另外提醒市民游客，如10月1日因恶劣天气烟花汇演需延期，大会会于10月1日中午12时宣布有关决定。10月3日（星期六）为烟花汇演的后备日子，而10月3日的安排将与10月1日相同。（大湾区之声）
The Hong Kong National Day fireworks display will be held over Victoria Harbour at 8 PM on October 1, lasting about 23 minutes, with more than 30,000 fireworks launched. The display is themed 'Eternal Light Fireworks Blooming China' and is divided into eight scenes. It can be viewed from multiple locations along both sides of Victoria Harbour, including Tsim Sha Tsui, Mid-Levels, Central, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, and Hung Hom.

Implementation of crowd control measures and special traffic arrangements in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Districts
To ensure the flow of people and safety during the performance, the Hong Kong Police will implement crowd control measures and special traffic arrangements in the Hong Kong Island and Kowloon areas on October 1, and will also establish restricted zones in the central part of Victoria Harbour.
In the Central District, road closures will begin at 6:30 PM that evening along the seaside area, including Man Kwong Street, Man Fai Street, Man Yiu Street near Central Pier, and parking spaces on Lung Wo Road. At 7:15 PM, the road closure area will expand to include Yiu Sing Street, Lung Wo Road, Edinburgh Place, Tim Wa Road, Tim Mei Road, Legislative Council Road, and Lung Wui Road. Starting from 7:55 PM that evening, Man Yiu Street, Man Po Street, and a section of Finance Street will also be closed.
In the Wan Chai District, starting from 4:00 PM in the afternoon, road closures will begin at Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai. Starting from 6:30 PM that evening, the northern Wan Chai area will be closed, including Lung Wo Road, Lung Hop Street, Lung King Street, the eastbound section of Fenwick Pier Street, Expo Drive, Expo Drive Central, Convention Avenue, Lung Tak Path, eastbound Harbour Road, east Expo Drive, Fleming Road, Fleming Road Footbridge, Hung Hing Road, Tonnochy Road, Massie Road, Massie Road Footbridge, Wan Ying Street, Wan Shing Street, and the Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter on Victoria Park Road. By 7:15 PM that evening, westbound Fenwick Pier Street, Fenwick Street, westbound Harbour Road, Harbour Circuit, and Tonnochy Road Footbridge will also be included in the road closure. Starting from 7:55 PM that evening, in order to facilitate citizens leaving after watching the fireworks, the police will close roads in the southern Wan Chai area, including Lockhart Road, Luard Road, Cuppage Road, Fleming Road, Stewart Road, Tonnochy Road, Massie Road, and both the east and west sections of Kennedy Road.
In the Eastern District, starting from 6:30 PM that evening, Hing Fat Street, Wei Fei Road, Glass Street, King Ming Road, Watson Road, and Electric Road between Wei Fei Road and Gordon Road, including areas near North Point East Coast Park, will be closed.
Regarding the Central-Wan Chai Bypass, in response to the closure of Wan Chai North starting at 6:30 PM, three branch roads will also be closed, including the eastbound Central-Wan Chai Bypass exit to Expo Drive; the eastbound Lung Wo Road entrance to the Central-Wan Chai Bypass; and the westbound Central-Wan Chai Bypass exit to Lung Wo Road.

Regarding the Eastern Corridor, starting from 7:55 PM, the westbound lane of the Eastern Corridor from Minkang Street to Victoria Park Road will be closed. Except for licensed buses, other vehicles need to leave the Eastern Corridor near Minkang Street (the branch road towards North Point). In addition, the westbound entrance to the Eastern Corridor from King's Road near Healthy Middle Street, as well as the westbound entrance at the junction of Tongshui Road and Wofoo Road, will be closed.
In the West Kowloon District, the police expect a large number of citizens to watch the fireworks along the waterfront that night, including at Star Ferry Pier, the Cultural Centre, the Avenue of Stars, East Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, West Kowloon Cultural District, and the Hung Hom coastal area. On that day, the police will implement road closures in four phases starting from 5 PM. The first phase will take place at 5 PM in the afternoon, covering Tsim Sha Tsui city center and East Tsim Sha Tsui. The closed roads include Canton Road, Kowloon Park Drive (southbound), Nathan Road, Chatham Road South, Salisbury Road, and the Hung Hom Bypass area. The second phase will be at 5:30 PM, with closures including Kowloon Park Drive (northbound) and the Star Ferry Bus Terminus. The third phase will be at 6 PM in the evening, mainly covering the West Kowloon Cultural District and Hung Hom Gin Wan Street. Closed roads include Museum Drive, Cultural Drive, part of Austin Road West, and Gin Wan Street. The fourth phase of road closures will be at 7:45 PM, with closed roads including the ground-level Austin Road near Kowloon Station, Canton Road (south/northbound) near China Hong Kong City, Nathan Road, as well as internal streets including Shan Lin Road, Songshan Road, Granville Road, Kimberley Road, and in Hung Hom, Hung Luen Road and Wah Shun Street.
Land ports will not extend opening hours, and MTR will not extend service hours.
Regarding land ports, they will not extend their opening hours on that day. Heung Yuen Wai Port closes at 10 PM, Lok Ma Chau Port closes at 10:30 PM, and Lo Wu Port closes at midnight.
In response to the border closure time, the last train from Admiralty Station to Lok Ma Chau Station departs at 9:29 PM, and the last train from Exhibition Center Station to Lok Ma Chau Station departs at 9:31 PM; as for trains to Lo Wu Station, the last train from Admiralty Station departs at 11:01 PM, and the last train from Exhibition Center Station departs at 11:03 PM.
MTR will not extend service hours on that day. Citizens need to pay attention to the mobile applications of various public transport operators to obtain the latest service information.
Set up a temporary transit bus stop
To facilitate citizens and tourists who need to transit, the police have set up a temporary transit bus stop on Huimin Road, making it convenient for citizens and tourists to go to Huanggang and Shenzhen Bay ports. This temporary transit bus stop will commence service after 7:30 PM that day.
That night, the transit bus stops at Scout Path in Tsim Sha Tsui and Nelson Street in Mong Kok (24-hour service) will increase the number of trips to Huanggang and Shenzhen Bay Port according to passenger demand. For detailed schedule arrangements, please pay attention to the latest announcements from the bus company.
Additionally, citizens and tourists are reminded that if the fireworks display on October 1st needs to be postponed due to bad weather, the decision will be announced by the organizers at 12 noon on October 1st.
